CareerAgent vs Simplify, Jobright, Teal, Huntr and others (2026)

Last updated 19 October 2026. Prices and features were checked on each product's own website, help centre or app store listing on that date, and every claim links to its source. Prices change often, so check before you buy. Spot an error? Tell us on the Contact page and we will fix it.

We re-check these prices and features every quarter. Next check: January 2027.

People often ask us how CareerAgent compares with the tools they already know. This page answers that as plainly as we can. It covers what each tool is, who it suits, what it costs and who presses Submit on your application. It also covers where each one is better than CareerAgent, because for some people one of them will be.

We build CareerAgent, so read this knowing that. We have tried to keep to facts we could check, to date them, and to say when we couldn't check something.

"India price" is the product's own price for India. "Converted" is its US dollar price at ₹94.97 to the US dollar, rounded to the nearest ₹10: a guide, not a price the product charges. The table under "Everything in one table", further down, adds where each tool's jobs come from and its India support, and each section below has the sources.

What sets CareerAgent apart

On 19 October 2026, CareerAgent listed 108,915 open jobs at 188 employers in India, and 198,214 at 266 employers across 62 countries, all read from the employers' own career sites.

  • Prices that include everything. Free, ₹149 or ₹299 a month is what you pay, with nothing added at checkout. Naukri adds GST at checkout, and many US-built tools charge in US dollars, where your bank may add conversion fees.
  • Your pipeline follows your account, privately. The jobs you save and apply to, with your notes, profile, match scores and drafts, are kept in your account, so every phone and computer you sign in on shows the same. What you write is encrypted on our servers, deleting your account deletes all of it, and we never sell your data or show ads (what we store).
  • It never acts as you. The extension fills application forms in your own browser. It never signs in to a site and never submits an application. You do.
  • Scores that show the gap. Each match score lists the skills you bring and the ones the job still wants.
  • Built for Indian forms. Your profile holds current and expected CTC in LPA, your notice period, whether you are serving notice and your last working day.

How we checked

  • Own sources only. Each fact comes from the product's own pages: pricing, help centre, terms, Chrome Web Store or app store listing. Where we use someone else's report, we say so.
  • Dated. All checks were made on 19 October 2026.
  • Currencies as shown. Where a site shows "
quot; without naming a currency, we show "
quot; as it does. Most of these products are US companies, so expect US dollars at checkout unless you are shown otherwise.
  • Rupee equivalents. Where a product has its own India price, we show it and say so. Otherwise we convert its US dollar price at ₹94.97 to the US dollar, rounded to the nearest ₹10, and mark it "converted". That rate is worked out from the European Central Bank's euro reference rates for 16 October 2026 (US$1.1253 and ₹106.864 to the euro), the latest published on 19 October 2026.
  • Blocked pages stay blocked. Teal, hiring.cafe and Naukri refused our automated checks, and we did not try to get around that. For Teal and hiring.cafe we used captures of their pages taken in an ordinary browser on 19 October 2026. We also checked Naukri's public Naukri Pro page in an ordinary browser on 19 October 2026. Its web prices are only shown after signing in; we read them from a signed-in checkout the same day. The websites of Instahyre, foundit and Indeed India also refused our automated checks, so for those we used their help centre or their listing on the Indian App Store.

CareerAgent, so you know the baseline

What it is. A job search tool built for India first. It reads close to 200,000 open jobs straight from employers' own career sites, including Indian hiring systems, and helps you pick, prepare for and track the ones worth applying to. Where jobs come from has the details.

Who it's for. People who would rather send ten strong applications than five hundred weak ones, and especially job seekers in India.

Key features.

  • Jobs straight from the employer. When a role closes on the employer's site, it is removed from CareerAgent too. You can search without an account.
  • Match scores that show the gap. An AI reads the full posting next to your profile and gives a score from 0 to 100, a verdict (Apply, Maybe or Skip), what you bring and what the job still wants. See How match scores work.
  • AI drafts and tailored resumes. Cover letters, cold emails, answers to application questions, and a tailored resume PDF that only rewords and reorders what is already in your profile.
  • A pipeline with follow-up reminders. Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer and Archived, with a reminder to follow up, the same on every device you sign in on. See Your pipeline.
  • Autofill, and you click Submit. The browser extension fills Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday forms automatically, and other career sites when you press fill. It never submits an application and never signs in for you. See The browser extension.
  • India fields. Your profile holds current and expected CTC in LPA, your notice period, whether you are serving notice and your last working day.

Pricing (Pricing, as of October 2026). Prices include everything; nothing is added at checkout.

One credit is one job score or one draft; a tailored resume is two. AI credits and limits explains the rest. There is a full refund within 7 days of your first payment (Billing and refunds).

Naukri and LinkedIn, the India baseline

Most job seekers in India already use one or both, and so should you. CareerAgent sits next to them, not in place of them. What differs is the experience of finding and applying for a job: on a job board, or straight from the employer's own careers site, which is what CareerAgent reads.

Finding and applying, side by side (checked 19 October 2026):

Sources for the table: Info Edge's Q1 FY27 earnings presentation (quarter ending 30 June 2026); Naukri's App Store India listing; LinkedIn Help on promoted jobs in search, Premium applicant insights, company job alerts, job alerts, free and promoted jobs and Easy Apply. Naukri's own website refused our automated checks, so we could not confirm what it shows about applicant numbers or whether you can follow a company there.

Where the boards win.

  • Reach. Naukri had 118 million resumes and 697,000 job listings at the end of June 2026, by Info Edge's count (earnings presentation). Recruiters search that resume database, so jobs can come to you without your applying.
  • Speed of applying. Easy Apply and Naukri's apply button take a click. Naukri Pro can apply for you inside Naukri.
  • Your network. On LinkedIn, the people you know can refer you, and recruiters can find you.

Where CareerAgent differs. It reads each employer's own careers site, so a company's full list of openings is in one place, without agencies' reposts. It removes a job when the employer does. Its match score tells you what you bring and what the job still wants, so you can decide before you spend an evening on an application. It also saves jobs from LinkedIn and Naukri into your pipeline with the extension, and never signs in to either site for you.

More on Naukri. India's best-known job board, run by Info Edge. Its app is rated 4.7 from 542,000 ratings on the Indian App Store, and lets you "Add your current CTC (if you want)" to your profile (App Store India). The same listing sells Naukri Pro at ₹999 for 1 month, ₹1,999 for 3 months and ₹2,999 for 6 months as in-app purchases, along with resume writing and AI interview practice.

Naukri Pro (Naukri Pro, checked 19 October 2026) is Naukri's paid add-on, which it says "16K+ professionals are already using". You can buy it for 1, 3 or 6 months. Its listed benefits:

  • Auto-Apply on Naukri: "Automatically apply to jobs where your profile is a strong match, without lifting a finger". As its name says, it applies inside Naukri only.
  • Instant job alerts, and hidden job invitations, which Naukri describes as "recruiter-shared opportunities reserved for selected talent".
  • An AI-generated profile and an AI resume maker, plus a profile activity boost that keeps your profile fresh in recruiter searches.
  • An interview question bank and AI mock interviews ("unlimited" in the checkout), and Neo, an AI job agent, which the checkout lists among Pro's benefits.
  • Hiring insights on popular skills and industries.

On the web, Pro lists at ₹423 a month before discounts, with GST added at checkout and automatic renewal until you cancel.

Naukri ProWeb list priceWeb price on 19 Oct 2026, with offers, before GSTApp Store price
1 month₹423₹317₹999
3 months₹1,269₹635₹1,999
6 months₹2,538₹953₹2,999

Web prices are shown only after you sign in; these are from a signed-in checkout on 19 October 2026. The offers were 33% and 50% off the 3- and 6-month plans, plus a 25% "PROSALE" sale on top. With GST, the 3-month plan's ₹635 came to ₹750 payable.

More on LinkedIn. Easy Apply "lets you submit your application without leaving LinkedIn.com" (LinkedIn Help). Premium Career is shown on LinkedIn's site as an estimated US$39.99 a month or US$239.88 a year (LinkedIn Premium); the page did not show us a rupee price, even from India.

Indian alternatives to Naukri

These are the Indian job sites people most often weigh against Naukri, and against us. Most are free for job seekers, with paid extras that make your profile more visible or show you new jobs first. None of them describes an auto-apply feature on the pages we checked.

The in-app prices for Hirist and iimjobs are from the Indian App Store, which does not show how long each subscription lasts.

Instahyre. Its help centre says its Instamatch algorithm uses your resume and profile to show "only the top matching job posts", and that recruiters cannot send mass emails to candidates (what is Instahyre). It does not show the exact salary for a role. A Premium profile is "shown at the top of the list"; Instahyre says Premium profiles get a "70% higher response" (FAQ). Those help pages were last updated in 2022, and Instahyre's home page refused our automated check, so we could not confirm the price or whether the basic plan is free. Where CareerAgent differs: Instahyre matches you with recruiters on its platform; CareerAgent shows you every opening on employers' own sites and tells you how well each one fits.

Cutshort. "Job search for the ChatGPT era", for engineers and other tech professionals; it says "Every 3rd product engineer in India is on Cutshort" (cutshort.io). You upload your resume, get matched, and companies invite you. It says "The days of bulk-applying for jobs are over", and "Cutshort is free for candidates" (pricing). Where CareerAgent differs: Cutshort brings companies to your profile; CareerAgent covers employers beyond any one platform, including large Indian and global firms that hire through their own career sites.

foundit. "foundit (formerly Monster job app)", from Monster.com India, with jobs in India, the Middle East and South East Asia. Its app is rated 4.7 from 6,800 ratings and says "No hidden fees or subscriptions" (App Store India). Its Bulk Apply feature lets you "apply to up to 15 jobs at once"; you pick the jobs. Its website refused our automated check. Where CareerAgent differs: foundit lists jobs posted on its board; CareerAgent reads them from the employer's own site and scores each one against your profile.

Indeed India. Indeed's app, rated 4.6 from 122,000 ratings in India, is free with in-app purchases (none were listed with prices). Its job database includes "employment opportunities posted on other job search sites", and it tells you when an employer reads or responds to your application (App Store India). Its website refused our automated check. Where CareerAgent differs: Indeed brings in jobs from many sites, including other job boards; CareerAgent uses only employers' own career sites.

Wellfound. "The hiring marketplace for startups", where you "Apply directly to founders and hiring managers at 27,000+ startups"; it says applying is "always free for candidates" (wellfound.com). Its India page listed 5,509 tech and startup jobs on 19 October 2026, some with salary and equity shown (India jobs). Its AI and Autopilot products are for companies, not job seekers. Where CareerAgent differs: Wellfound is the place for startups; CareerAgent's index leans towards larger employers, from IT services firms to banks and global capability centres.

Hirist. "India's #1 IT Job Portal", in its own words, which says "More than 50k recruiters from leading tech companies are hiring" (hirist.tech). Its app, from Highorbit Careers, is rated 4.7 from 2,400 ratings. It screens every job, shows when your application is seen or shortlisted, and sells Early Applicant access to new listings and a resume builder (App Store India). Where CareerAgent differs: Hirist is built around recruiters posting tech roles; CareerAgent reads tech and non-tech roles from employers' own sites and scores your fit for each.

iimjobs. Also from Highorbit Careers, for management and MBA roles: "Every job on iimjobs is vetted, High Paying (CTC 30LPA+)". Its app is rated 4.7 from 4,700 ratings and has one-click apply. Pro adds ad-free search, application tracking, how you compare with other applicants, a visibility boost and early access to new jobs (App Store India). Where CareerAgent differs: iimjobs specialises in senior management roles; CareerAgent covers every level at the employers it reads.

Simplify

What it is. Simplify calls itself "a personal AI talent agent for job seekers" (simplify.jobs). Its best-known part is Copilot, a Chrome extension that fills in job applications.

Who it's for. Its site names students and new grads, experienced professionals and remote job seekers, and it keeps "hand-curated lists of new-grad roles, internships, and openings at top startups" (simplify.jobs).

Key features.

  • Copilot autofill. Simplify says Copilot works "across 80% of job application websites" (help centre). The Chrome Web Store listing names Workday, Lever and Greenhouse, and shows 600,000 users and a 4.8 rating (Chrome Web Store).
  • Job listings in 10 countries: the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy and Spain (supported countries).
  • Simplify+ adds Autopilot, resume tailoring with missing keywords, AI resume feedback, cover letters, AI-written emails in the job tracker, referral help and job analytics (features and pricing).
  • An iPhone app; Simplify says Android is in the works (iOS app).

Who presses Submit. With Copilot, you do: "Review the completed application, make any edits you want, and submit the application yourself" (help centre). With Autopilot, Simplify does: "Choosing Autopilot means submitting. There's no review step in between" (Autopilot). Simplify+ includes 20 auto-applies a week.

Pricing (as of October 2026). Simplify+ is $19.99 for a week, $39.99 for a month or $89.99 for 3 months, and renews automatically (features and pricing). There is a free plan, which its help centre refers to (Autopilot guide). Its refund policy says payments are non-refundable once access is activated, with a few stated exceptions (refund policy).

Where Simplify beats CareerAgent. A far larger user base, a polished extension that has been on the Chrome Web Store for years, an iPhone app, curated new-grad and internship lists, and much deeper coverage of US jobs.

Where CareerAgent is different. CareerAgent never submits for you, on any plan. It is priced in rupees, at a fraction of Simplify+'s price, and its profile and autofill speak the language of Indian forms: CTC in LPA and notice period.

Jobright

What it is. "Your AI Job Search Copilot" (jobright.ai): a job feed with personalised matches, resume tailoring, autofill and an AI agent.

Who it's for. Job seekers in the US. Its App Store listing says: "Jobright currently lists U.S.-based roles only" (App Store).

Key features.

  • A big, fresh feed. Its home page claims 8,000,000+ jobs and 400,000+ new jobs today (jobright.ai). The App Store listing describes "one feed of fresh jobs pulled from major boards and company sites" (App Store).
  • Match scores, alerts, referral hints and a status tracker (App Store).
  • Autofill. Its blog says it supports "90% of major ATSs (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Ashby, Workable, and more)" (Jobright blog).
  • An iPhone app, rated 4.8 from 1,600 ratings (App Store).

Who presses Submit. With autofill, you do ("Review, and tweak if needed, then submit", per its blog). Its AI agent "finds, customizes, and submits applications on behalf of job seekers" (launch post).

Pricing. We could not find a public price for job seekers on Jobright's site. Its terms say prices are "displayed at checkout" (terms). Its refund policy names weekly, monthly, quarterly and 6-month plans, with a full refund within 7 calendar days of the first charge on the longer plans and 24 hours on weekly ones (refund policy). Third-party reviews put its paid plan, Turbo, at about $39.99 a month; we could not confirm that on Jobright's own pages.

Where Jobright beats CareerAgent. If you are looking in the US, its feed is many times larger than ours, and it has a native mobile app and referral hints.

Where CareerAgent is different. Jobright lists US roles only, so it isn't built for a search in India today. CareerAgent's prices are public and in rupees.

Teal

What it is. A resume builder and job tracker. Teal says it has "over 4 million users" (tealhq.com). Its site also has job search pages, but its core is the resume builder and the tracker.

Who it's for. Anyone who wants one place to keep the jobs they find on many sites, the people they talk to, and several versions of their resume.

Key features (tealhq.com, checked 19 October 2026).

  • Resume tools. An AI resume builder, an ATS resume checker, a match score between your resume and a job description, and a cover letter generator.
  • A tracker for jobs, interviews and contacts, with a networking CRM and LinkedIn profile review.
  • AI interview practice.
  • A Chrome extension that saves jobs "From over 40 Popular Job Boards" and has an autofill button. Its store listing shows 200,000 users and a 4.7 rating (Chrome Web Store). Teal does not say which application systems the autofill supports.

Pricing (as of 19 October 2026, tealhq.com/pricing). The Free Forever plan needs no card. It includes unlimited resumes and job tracking, 10 resume templates, the top 5 keywords from a job description and basic resume analysis. It also has a few AI uses: 10 resume bullets, 2 professional summaries and 2 cover letters. Teal+ adds unlimited AI writing, keyword matching and resume analysis, and all templates.

Teal+ planPriceIn rupees (converted)
Weekly$13 every 7 daysAbout ₹1,230
Monthly$29 every 30 daysAbout ₹2,750
Quarterly$79 every 90 days, not confirmedAbout ₹7,500

We could not read the quarterly price on the page we checked; $79 comes from search listings of the page. Teal says refund requests "will only be considered if they are submitted within your plan's eligibility timeframe".

Where Teal beats CareerAgent. A mature resume builder with many templates, AI interview practice, a tracker for contacts and companies as well as jobs, and a long track record. Its free plan has unlimited resumes.

Where CareerAgent is different. Teal organises jobs you find elsewhere; CareerAgent also gives you the jobs, read from employers' career sites, and scores each one against your profile. CareerAgent Basic is ₹149 a month against Teal+'s $29.

Huntr

What it is. A job search tracker with AI resume tools and autofill: "Less Hassle, More Interviews" (huntr.co).

Who it's for. Individual job seekers, and also career centres, coaches and bootcamps who track many job seekers (huntr.co).

Key features.

  • A kanban job tracker, plus contact and interview tracking. There is no job feed: "The Job Board" is your own board of jobs you have saved (help centre).
  • Resume tools. An AI resume builder, Resume Tailor, AI resume review and AI cover letters (huntr.co).
  • A match score that is weighted towards qualifications, with keywords "usually" less than 20% of it (help centre).
  • Autofill from its Chrome extension, which shows 90,000 users and a 4.6 rating (Chrome Web Store).

Pricing (as of October 2026, huntr.co/pricing). Free tracks up to 100 jobs, with unlimited autofills and 2 tailored resumes. Pro is $40 a month, $90 every 3 months or $160 every 6 months.

Where Huntr beats CareerAgent. Huntr has a full resume builder and tools for coaches. Both keep your tracker in your account, so it follows you across devices.

Where CareerAgent is different. Huntr expects you to bring the jobs. CareerAgent brings them, from employers' own sites, and costs less: Pro is ₹299 a month against Huntr Pro's $40.

hiring.cafe

What it is. A job search engine that says it is "building a 100x better job search engine: fast, intelligent, comprehensive, honest, and useful" (about, checked 19 October 2026). It is run by SPICYHR Inc. from Cupertino, California.

Where its jobs come from. "We collect jobs directly from company websites in real time and filter out external recruiting agencies and fake consulting firms" (about). It claims "More jobs than the big job boards".

Key features (about).

  • Detailed search filters for location rules, pay, skills, seniority, company signals and details in the job description.
  • A Talent Agent: "An automated agent that learns your unique job seeking needs and finds the most relevant jobs for you every day."
  • A tracker and a network section, and a Reddit community it puts at "100K+" members.
  • No paid placement. It says results are ranked on relevance, freshness and quality: "No pay-to-win job discovery".

Pricing. Its about page asks "Is HiringCafe free for job seekers?", but the answer was not shown in the page we checked. The Next Web reported on 28 September 2026 that it is free for job seekers (The Next Web). We could not confirm how many Indian jobs it lists.

Where it beats CareerAgent. It says it covers more jobs than the big job boards, with sharper search filters and a daily matching agent, and job seekers reportedly pay nothing. It is well worth a look alongside any other tool.

Where CareerAgent is different. CareerAgent adds the steps after the search: a match score that names your gaps, drafts and tailored resumes, autofill for application forms and a pipeline with follow-up reminders. It is built around Indian applications, with CTC and notice-period fields.

Tsenta

What it is. An AI agent that finds jobs and applies to them for you (tsenta.com). It says it watches "50,000+ career pages" and handles "Login, every field, the open-ended questions in your voice, and the upload."

Who it's for. People who want to apply at volume without doing it by hand. Its pricing page mentions people who have just been laid off and people on OPT (pricing).

Key features.

  • Applies on many hiring systems. Its pricing page names 19, including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters and Zoho Recruit (pricing).
  • Inbox connection (optional). It can read job-related mail and enter the verification codes some employers send during an application. It drafts recruiter replies into your drafts folder and does not send mail itself (tsenta.com).
  • Apps for iPhone and Android, and a Chrome extension (tsenta.com).

Who presses Submit. Tsenta does, and you can choose to check first. Since 1 July 2026, Review Before Submit lets you "see and edit an application before Tsenta sends it" (changelog). Its Chrome listing says: "Review and approve applications before submission, or let Tsenta run fully automated" (Chrome Web Store). Every application leaves a receipt with the fields filled, the answers written, the documents sent and the employer's confirmation (pricing).

Pricing (as of October 2026, pricing). Free covers your first 25 applications, with no card. Paid plans depend on where you are, because the live price table shows "the current price for your market in your local currency":

PlanSeen from IndiaUS prices
Starter₹499 a month, 150 applications$19 a month, 600 applications
Pro₹999 a month, 400 applications$39 a month, 1,500 applications
Power₹2,199 a month, 1,000 applications$99 a month, 4,500 applications

Quarterly and annual billing cost less per month. Failed or skipped applications are returned to your allowance.

Where Tsenta beats CareerAgent. If you want a tool to do the applying, Tsenta does it, on far more hiring systems, with mobile apps, inbox handling and a receipt for each application. With its review step, you can still check each one before it goes.

Where CareerAgent is different. Reviewing before sending is no longer what sets us apart; who does the sending is. Tsenta signs in to employer sites and submits for you. CareerAgent's extension never signs in or submits: it fills the form in your own browser, and you send it yourself. Your pipeline stays in your browser and the extension, not on our servers. The section on why CareerAgent doesn't auto-apply, below, says why we built it this way. On price, CareerAgent Pro is ₹299 a month against Tsenta Starter's ₹499, though they buy different things: Tsenta charges for applications sent, CareerAgent for scoring and drafting.

Auto-apply bots

Many tools promise to apply to hundreds of jobs a day. Four examples, as of October 2026:

ToolWhat it says it doesPriceIn rupeesRefunds
LazyApplyApplies on sites such as Greenhouse, Dice, Indeed and ZipRecruiter$99, $149 or $999 a year, for 15, 150 or 1,500 applications a dayAbout ₹9,400, ₹14,150 or ₹94,870 a year (converted)30 days, on conditions such as fewer than 100 applications sent (refund policy)

Before you use any tool that automates LinkedIn, read LinkedIn's own rule. It does not allow third-party software, "including 'crawlers', bots, browser plug-ins, or browser extensions", that automates activity on its site, and says members who use them "risk having their accounts restricted or shut down" (LinkedIn Help).

Where they beat CareerAgent. Raw volume. If your strategy is to send as many applications as possible, these tools do it and CareerAgent will not.

Where CareerAgent is different. It is built for the opposite approach, described next.

Why CareerAgent doesn't auto-apply

Hiring systems now notice volume. Greenhouse, Ashby and Workable have all added ways for employers to flag, limit or filter mass and automated applications, and LinkedIn prohibits the automation outright. Fewer, better, first sets out the evidence, with links.

So CareerAgent does the opposite. See a role soon after it opens on the employer's site. Read what you bring and what it still wants. Apply to the ones that fit, with the form filled for you. You read it, and you press Submit, from your own email address.

India specifics

Many tools on this page are built in and for the US. That shows in three places.

Indian form fields. Indian applications ask for current CTC, expected CTC and notice period, usually in lakhs per annum.

Indian employers' own career sites. Many Indian employers, from IT services firms to banks and global capability centres, post every opening on their own careers page, and that page is the employer's own record of what is open. CareerAgent reads those sites, including Indian hiring systems. Of the global tools, Simplify lists India as a job country and Tsenta's jobs page includes Indian locations; Jobright does not cover India yet.

Who should pick what

Be honest with yourself about what you need. Here is our view:

  • You are applying in the US, especially as a student or new grad: Simplify, or Jobright if you want a large US feed with match scores. Both cover far more US jobs than CareerAgent.
  • You find jobs on many sites and want one tracker for them all, with a resume builder or coaching tools: Huntr if you want autofill on the free plan, Teal if you want a resume builder with many templates.
  • You want a big, filterable search of company career sites: hiring.cafe is worth a look.
  • You live on Naukri and LinkedIn: keep using them. Use Naukri Pro or LinkedIn Premium if their extras matter to you.
  • You want companies and recruiters to come to you: Instahyre or Cutshort.
  • You want startup roles, often with salary and equity shown: Wellfound.
  • You are in tech, or in management: Hirist for tech roles, iimjobs for management and MBA roles.
  • You want one search across many sources: Indeed or foundit.
  • You want a tool to apply for you at volume: Tsenta, or one of the bots above. Read LinkedIn's rule and each tool's refund policy first.
  • You are looking in India, want jobs straight from employers, and want to send fewer, better applications that you submit yourself: that is what CareerAgent is for.

Where others are ahead of us

We would rather you hear this from us.

  • Size. Simplify, Jobright, Teal and Huntr have hundreds of thousands to millions of users and years of polish. We are new.
  • US coverage. Our index is deepest in India. For US jobs, the US-built tools cover far more.
  • Native mobile apps. Simplify, Jobright, Huntr, Tsenta and Naukri have them. CareerAgent can be added to your home screen on Android and iPhone, but it is not a native app.
  • Resume building from scratch. Teal and Huntr have full resume builders. CareerAgent tailors the resume you already have.
  • Interview practice. Naukri Pro includes AI mock interviews, and Teal lists AI interview practice among its features. We don't.
