Cancelling

Cancel any time from Account › Billing. There is no fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.

Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable. We do not refund a change of mind, unused credits or part of a period, and renewals are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Prepaid passes. A one-time payment that does not renew is non-refundable too. It stays active to the end of the period it covers.
• Moving from Basic to Pro. When Pro is paid, the unused part of your Basic period is credited back to your payment method automatically, as part of the upgrade.
• Charged in error — twice for the same period, or after you cancelled — is always refunded in full.
• If we close a paid account that did nothing wrong, we refund the unused part of the period.

How to ask

If you were charged in error, email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the payment reference from your receipt. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay; how soon it reaches you depends on your bank.

Prices and tax

Basic costs ₹149 a month. Pro costs ₹299 a month or ₹799 for 3 months. CareerAgent is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on these prices. If we register in future, we’ll update the prices and tell you before any change applies to you.
